Tickets & Entry

Where can I buy tickets? Only purchase through our official website or authorized partners. Beware of third-party resellers!

Do I need to print my ticket? Nope, we’re eco-friendly. Just have your digital QR code ready on your phone with the brightness turned up.

What is the refund policy? All sales are final, but we do allow official ticket transfers via [Platform Name] until 24 hours before the gates open.

Are there age restrictions? This event is 18+ . Valid ID is required for entry and to purchase alcohol.


Admission & Cancellation

When will the set times be released? We’ll drop the full schedule approximately two weeks before the fest on our social media and official app.

Is there re-entry? To keep everyone safe, there is No Re-entry once your ticket has been scanned for the day.

Will there be lockers? Yes, lockers are available for rent near the main entrance. Some even include phone charging cables!

What happens if it rains? We are a rain or shine event. If things get dangerous (lightning/high winds), we will pause sets and provide updates via the app.


Travel & Lodging

Where is the best place to park? We have an on-site lot for pre-paid pass holders. Otherwise, we highly recommend using our shuttle service or rideshare apps.

Is there camping? No. This is a one day event, you will have to leave after last performer.

Is the festival ADA accessible? Absolutely. We provide dedicated viewing platforms and accessible restrooms. Please check in at the Info Booth for an ADA wristband.
